Hot-dip galvanizing is the reaction of molten metal with an iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, thereby combining the substrate and the plating layer. 3. Physical performance test items: yield strength, tensile strength, elongation after breaking, R value, N value, tensile strain mark, baking hardening value, coating adhesion, coating weight, coating surface structure, surface quality, adhesion and corrosion resistance.
