Product Description
PPGL steel is a durable, colorful, and economical building material which is manufactured by colour coating galvalume steel substrate. The abbreviation of PPGL is pre-painted galvalume steel. The typical composition of galvalume coated steel is 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% trace elements which is usually produced in a continous galvalume line.
PPGI /PPGL uses Hot Dip zinc-coated steel coil(Hot Dip Galvanized steel coil) or hot dip galvalume steel coil as substrate,and then the coil is cleaned,pre-treatment,applied with layers of panitings to make the coil more beautiful and durable to use.
The paint which is used including polyester,silicon modified polyester, high-durability, corrosion-resistance and formability.The PPGI are mianly used in advertising,consruction,decoration,home appliances,electrical appliances,Furniture Industry and Transportation industry.
